Gluten Free Thai Style Sauce
Delicious, no dairy and no gluten. This freshly made replica of a unique Thai flavoured sauce I make all the time. Put it all in a blender, blitz and your done!

Ingredients

Red birdseye chilli
chopped. Use 1/2 if it is a hot chilli

large handful
Fresh basil
about 15g

Fresh coriander

Chicken or vegetable stock cube
such as Knorr stock pots

Chinese 5 spice

tsp
Dried turmeric

Garlic cloves
crushed

Fresh ginger
grated

Spring onion
peeled

Lime
juiced

Honey
small bit of boiling water
to just cover and melt the stock cube
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients and add everything into a blender with just a small drop of boiling water to just cover the stock cube.
Blitz in a high powered blender until smooth and the taste is to your liking. I use a Ninja blender.
Add the sauce to the pan with whatever you're serving it with, I like rice noodles. Add a small drop of sesame or olive oil as well if needed.
Toss and sprinkle with some chopped coriander on top. Enjoy!
